After years of wading through unsatisfactory contact management nightmares, I'm giving orkut.com a try. Since its backed by Google, I figure it will stick around.

Now there's an idea, let the person update their own contact info.

Orkut works pretty well, although they are using some embedded ActiveX controls which precludes some of the features from working on anything other than windoze.
