I'm making use of the QuickTime plugin to EMBED some rich content in a new site I am designing, and am finding that having EMBED on the page will cause Safari to crash. Sounds to me like the plugin lifecycle model is broken. I spent probably 200 hours getting this right with my Netscape plugin back in 1997, and I tell ya, its kind of important.

I may have to forego the EMBED for a playlist mime type.

I'm also fooling with the Creative Commons licensing system.
